Sean Combs: The Reckoning RECAP | Serial Streamers TV Club

In this episode of Serial Streamers Jami and Jessi discuss the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning. The ladies give their initial takeaways after watching the documentary and walk through all of the moments that made their jaws hit the floor. They wonder aloud why so much death and violence surrounded P. Diddy and discuss how the doc validated feelings they already had about Sean “Puffy” Combs beginning in the 90s. They also give their takes on whether Diddy was connected to Tupac’s murder and how two of the jurors from Diddy’s federal trial made their blood boil. Best of MURDERISH: Tristan Beaudette “Murdered in Malibu”

Best of MURDERISH: Tristan Beaudette “Murdered in Malibu”

In June 2018, Tristan Beaudette and his brother-in-law Scott McCurdy had left their wives in Orange County to embark on a final camping trip together before Tristan and his wife Erica relocated to the Bay Area. Their home for the night …Malibu Creek State Park, near beautiful Malibu Beach. After a night by the campfire, Beaudette and McCurdy went to their respective tents and settled in for bed. Already asleep inside the separate tents were their most treasured possessions: Scott’s two boys, ages 3 and 5 and Tristan’s daughters, 2 and 4. Sometime after 1 in the morning on June 22, 2018, Scott was awakened by what he thought were fireworks. Then he heard Tristan’s daughters crying. Scott told his boys to stay put while he went to Tristan’s tent to investigate. There, he saw Tristan lying face down in the center of the tent and his daughters huddled together, crying. Tristan’s face was covered in blood.  Given Malibu’s reputation as a safe beach town, nobody believed Tristan’s murder was a random act of violence. The community was shocked after an arrest was made and law enforcement alleged there was a monster in the Malibu Hills killing indiscriminately.  Follow Jami on Instagram & TikTok @JamiOnAir and join the Serial Streamers true crime TV club! Jerry Springer doc recap  | Serial Streamers TV Club

Jerry Springer doc recap  | Serial Streamers TV Club

In this episode of Serial Streamers Jami and Jessi discuss the Netflix documentary, Jerry Springer: Fights, Camera, Action. This doc chronicles the rise and fall of the long-running, wildly popular and very controversial tabloid talk show. What began as a traditional talk show in 1991 covering current events, The Jerry Springer Show quickly became a racy and explicit tabloid talk show featuring controversial guests such as Ku Klux Klan members and mistresses wanting to air out their dirty laundry on national tv. The show often turned into something similar to what you’d see during a WWE match with guests getting into physical altercations, which only boosted the show’s ratings. Jami and Jessi give their thoughts on the documentary and recall their experience watching The Jerry Springer Show back in the 90s. BravoCon 2025 recap & tea | Say Yes to the Mess

Jami just crash-landed back from BravoCon, and listen… her liver may still be in Las Vegas but her stories definitely are not! She’s sitting down with Jessi to recap the most unhinged, star-studded, Housewives-studded weekend of her life. We’re talking VIP event chaos, surprise celeb run-ins, questionable decisions, and enough tea to hydrate the entire Mojave Desert. Jami’s spilling everything …like the accidental run-in with Ryan and Jen from RHOC, the ongoing whodunit of who tf invited Jeff Lewis’s ex to Margaret Josephs’ exclusive soirée, and the Bravolebrity who greeted her with the warmth of a broken Bravo contract. Buckle up: this BravoCon breakdown mentions it all. Follow Jami @JamiOnAir on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Hannah Upp: “The Way Home” | MURDERISH Ep. 200

Hannah Upp: “The Way Home” | MURDERISH Ep. 200

Imagine you go for a run one morning and completely forget who you are, where you live, or who you know. Your sense of identity evaporates, time moves differently, and someone else has to piece together what happened while you were away. This is a reality for .2 percent of the population. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, dissociative fugue is an extremely rare form of amnesia that involves difficulty remembering important information about identity and life history. Episodes of dissociative fugue can last from a few hours to a few years. Sufferers can experience a single episode in their lives, or it can be a chronic condition with multiple episodes. If you’ve ever seen the film The Bourne Identity with Matt Damon, dissociative fugue might sound familiar. For teacher Hannah Upp, this was real life.  Subscribe to Jami’s YouTube channel @JamiOnAir: https://www.youtube.com/@jamionair Follow Jami @JamiOnAir on Instagram and TikTok. The Not-so-Perfect Neighbor (Netflix doc recap) | Serial Streamers TV Club

The Not-so-Perfect Neighbor (Netflix doc recap) | Serial Streamers TV Club

In this episode of Serial Streamers Jami and Jessi discuss the Netflix documentary, “The Perfect Neighbor.” This disturbing documentary highlights the case of Ajika Owens, who was gunned down by her neighbor Susan Lorincz, through the lens of real life video footage from police body cams and interrogation room video cameras. Lorincz was a known “Karen” in the neighborhood, often calling police to report children playing near her home and causing what she perceived as a disturbance. It all came to a boiling point when Lorincz retrieved her gun and shot Ajike through the front door of her (Lorincz’s home). Jami and Jessi don’t hold back on their opinions of Lorincz and describe how this documentary was one of the most difficult for them to watch.  Watch Serial Streamers on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@jamionair and subscribe so you don’t miss out on the latest documentary recaps. RHOC & RHOSLC Rundown | Say Yes to the Mess

It’s another messy masterpiece on Say Yes to the Mess! Jami and Jessi are back to break down the Housewives multiverse, RHOC in Amsterdam, RHOSLC in fart-fueled chaos, and one cranky husband who’s clearly allergic to joy, but apparently not cherries! Jami’s also spiraling into a new obsession called McBee Dynasty, and she’s dragging Jessi, and you, right along for the ride. Adriane Insogna & Leslie Mazzara: “Napa’s Halloween Horror” | MURDERISH Ep. 199

Adriane Insogna & Leslie Mazzara: “Napa’s Halloween Horror” | MURDERISH Ep. 199

On Halloween night 2004, roommates Adriane Insogna, Leslie Mazzara and Lauren Meanza handed out candy to trick-or-treaters. The three women settled in for bed around 10:30 PM anticipating a typical start to their work week the next morning. Lauren was awoken out of a deep sleep at 2:00 a.m. when her dog started barking. Moments later, she heard a blood-curdling scream coming from upstairs. She tried to call for help but there was no dial tone. Lauren managed to get outside of the house and hide in a row of bushes as she heard the sound of someone scampering away from the home and into the darkness. Lauren went back inside to find her two friends, Adriane and Leslie, lying unresponsive in pools of blood. Investigators got to work trying to find the person who broke into the home at 2631 Dorset Street in the middle of the night and murdered two women, but they set out on the wrong track from the onset. Adriane and Leslie’s killer walked among them for over a year undiscovered. When authorities finally did uncover the killer’s identity, they learned his motive was connected to a love interest …but not one involving either of his victims. Although the timing of the grisly crimes was uncanny, the double-homicide had nothing to do with Halloween. Sgt. Dewayne Graham Jr “Murder for Freedom” | MURDERISH Ep. 198

On March 20, 2005, Missouri State Highway Patrol Sergeant Dewayne Graham Jr. had just finished a shift when he was fatally gunned down in his own driveway. When a suspect was arrested days later, there was little doubt that investigators had caught the sergeant’s cold-blooded killer. But a question rang out that still resonates to this day: should there have been doubt? Or was it easier for investigators to craft their own narrative and fill in the details later? Karen Read: The Aftermath | MURDERISH Ep. 197

Karen Read: The Aftermath | MURDERISH Ep. 197

Four months have passed since a jury acquitted Karen Read for the murder of Boston police officer John O’Keefe. Some involved in the three-year saga have seen their reputations permanently tarnished. Others are riding the case’s notoriety to newfound fame and monetary rewards. The obvious question remains: if Karen Read didn’t kill John O’Keefe, who did? Scrutiny has swung from the accused to the accusers: the Canton Police Department, Massachusetts State Police and Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. As for Karen, there’s no indication she plans to leave the spotlight. A movie is in the works. So is a tell-all book. James Mosqueda & Amy Kitchen: “Danger in Dallas”丨MURDERISH Ep. 195

James Mosqueda & Amy Kitchen: “Danger in Dallas”丨MURDERISH Ep. 195

For decades, opinions have been divided regarding capital punishment. No matter which side of the issue you’re on, one question tends to haunt even the most opinionated: What if someone slated for execution is factually innocent? Can we ever be certain the right person is being put to death? In November 2000, 27-year-old James Mosqueda and his fiancee, 22-year-old Amy Kitchen, were gunned down in their upscale north Dallas home. When a suspect was arrested, it seemed like an open-and-shut case. But was it really as straightforward as it seemed on the surface? Or is it possible the couple’s killer continues to evade justice? University of Idaho Murders: “Aftermath” | MURDERISH Ep. 194

University of Idaho Murders: “Aftermath” | MURDERISH Ep. 194

On July 23rd, 2025, Bryan Kohberger was about to be sentenced to life behind bars for the murder of four University of Idaho college students. The November 2022 slayings of Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves, and Maddie Mogen shocked the entire nation. The four friends had crashed after a night of partying when Kohberger, a graduate student at nearby Washington State University, snuck into their off-campus home through an unlocked sliding-glass door and killed them all with a large knife. Prosecutors had cut a deal with the devil. After months of asserting his innocence, Kohberger, 30, agreed to plead guilty to four counts of murder and one count of burglary, and to waive all rights to any appeal. In return, he’d avoid the gas chamber. For some, particularly the loved ones of 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves, it was a bitter pill to swallow. Kohberger, they believed, deserved to die for his crimes. Following the initial shock of the news, the remaining victims’ families said they supported the deal. From their viewpoint, Kohberger would spend the rest of his life in prison and they wouldn’t have to spend the rest of theirs attending courtroom hearings listening to lawyers squabble over technicalities. Before authorities sent Kohberger on a one-way trip to the Idaho Maximum Security Institution, family members of Ethan, Xana, Kaylee, and Maddie had one opportunity to face him at sentencing. It was an opportunity they did not take lightly, resulting in one of the most unforgettable and jaw-dropping courtroom scenes in recent memory. RHOC & RHOM recap | Say Yes to the Mess

In this episode of Say Yes to the Mess Jami and Jessi catch up on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 and Real Housewives of Miami Season 7, with a Below Deck special mention. Jami explains, passionately (of course), why some of the OC and Miami ladies are on her sh*t list, while Jessi logically explains why some of their insufferable behavior is EXACTLY WHY she tunes in each week. The ladies chat about the water-toss on Miami, Stephanie’s exhausting “new-money” energy, how Guerdy and Katie are being held to a different standard, and which Housewives are currently providing the most comic relief. Jami and Jessi give a special mention to the current season of Below Deck (season 12) because they think it’s one of the best seasons in the show’s history.  Follow Jami @JamiOnAir on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
