<p>Welcome to episode 301 of the<a href="https://lowtideboyz.com/"> Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast!</a></p><p>It’s rock flute time again! Fresh on the heels of this past weekend’s Inaugural <a href="https://otilloswimrun.com/races/colorado-usa/">ÖTILLÖ Colorado</a>, we share our race report for the event. As our friend Phil quipped, “the Swimrun circus came to town” and it was a blast to see friends old and new and experience anew the epic/random places that Swimrun can take you.</p><p>We raced the World Series distance that clocked in at 24ish miles total with 6ish miles of swimming at around 5,000ish feet of altitude. This race was a capital “B” Beast.
