COJ #143 - Collateral Damage: When Lawyers Are Losers, Guns Are Umbrellas & Politicians Are Liars

Investigative journalists Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell and attorney Eric Bland are back again … and the filters (as usual) are OFF.  Mandy shares the tea about what went on last week in a Columbia, South Carolina, courtroom where her attorney Meredith Bannon argued against Mandy sitting for a deposition in a case she isn’t a part of (David Voros and Alexandra Stasko v. Allison Dunnavant). The case stemmed from stories Mandy wrote before the Murdaugh murders about a University of South Carolina art professor accused of sexual harassment by a number of women.  Why are there no repercussions for lawyers who take objectively bad cases that seem to have only one purpose (to harass Mandy and Allison)?
