China resumes outbound group tours to 20 countries

Travel between the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao has fully resumed. Travel agencies can offer outbound group travel for Chinese citizens to 20 nations, including Thailand, Singapore and New Zealand. More countries are mulling the lifting of restrictions on travelers from China.
