<p>Anne is a survivor of relentless stalking and harassment at the hands of her ex-partner. She reached out for help—police, social services, even family court—but every system meant to protect her failed. Dismissed as "not high-risk enough," Anne was left in limbo, while the threats and control continued, even after she left the relationship.
