<p dir="ltr">In August of 2023, Louisiana native Marcus Oubre left his home in Baton Rouge on a late evening Wal-Mart run. Then, instead of returning home, he headed southeast. Hours later, his wrecked car was discovered near St. John Parish, and Marcus had vanished.
