Deadly Waters

Three friends went to a remote beach. One guy wandered off and suddenly heard a "hey" coming from the waves. Far out in the waves, a lone figure floated, unmoving. Thinking it was his friend, he paddled toward it—until the shape’s face came into view. It wasn’t his friend at all. As he turned back, something icy gripped his ankle and dragged him under.
