Not just as fans of this series, but as people who care deeply about inclusion, compassion, and accountability.</p><p>We’ve talked privately about this for years. The conflict of loving this story while watching the person who wrote it use her platform in ways that directly hurt a community that two of us are a part of and one of us is an ally for. It’s painful, it’s confusing, and it’s something we can’t ignore.</p><p>We’ve reached a point where we feel it’s irresponsible and wrong to continue platforming and discussing new projects tied to her. Every time we talk about those things, we’re essentially promoting her IP, and by extension, her platform.</p...
