Session 3 Copyright Law Amendment

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">China published its copyright law amendments for public amendments and the second reading is done early August.&nbsp; Audio-visual works are now officially recognized.&nbsp; But the powers of licensing by radio and television stations raised lots of discussions, so are the provisions related to copyright misuse.&nbsp; The proposed amendments have been going on since 2013.&nbsp; We shall see the final round of reading done by the end of this year. <br /><br /></p>
